When to Use HE57 Form

Use the HE57 form when:

  • Shares have been transferred between shareholders

Generating the HE57 Form

Step 1: Navigate to Forms

  1. Go to DocumentsForms
  2. Select HE57 from the available forms

Step 2: Select Share Transfer

  1. Choose the share transfer transaction you want to report
  2. The platform will pull relevant details from the transfer record

Step 3: Review Pre-filled Information

The platform automatically populates the form with:

  • Company name and registration number
  • Share transfer details (date, number of shares, share class)
  • Transferor (seller) information
  • Transferee (buyer) information
  • Share certificate details
  • Consideration and payment information

Step 4: Verify and Edit
