When to Use HE12 Form

Use the HE12 form when:

  • New shares have been allotted to shareholders
  • You need to notify the Registrar of Companies of share allotments
  • Filing is required after completing a share issuance in the platform

Tip

The HE12 form supports e-filing, allowing you to submit the form electronically to the Registrar of Companies for faster processing. The form is automatically populated with details from your share allotment records.

Generating the HE12 Form

Step 1: Navigate to Forms

  1. Go to DocumentsForms
  2. Select HE12 from the available forms

Step 2: Select Share Allotment

  1. Choose the share allotment transaction you want to report
  2. The platform will pull relevant details from the allotment record

Step 3: Review Pre-filled Information

The platform automatically populates the form with:

  • Company name and registration number
  • Share allotment details (date, number of shares, share class)
  • Shareholder information
  • Share certificate details
  • Payment and consideration information

Step 4: Verify and Edit

  1. Review all pre-filled information for accuracy
  2. Make any necessary edits or corrections
  3. Ensure all allotment details are correct

Step 5: Generate and File

  1. Click Generate to create the form
  2. Review the generated form
  3. Download for manual filing or proceed with e-filing if available
