You can upload your corporate documents (ideally a Corporate Report, a Register of Members or a Corporate Register), in .pdf form, and Fidura AI automatically parses your document and extracts the data into Fidura's platform.

How It Works

1. Go to the Entities section
2. Click Upload with AI or Add Entity with AI
3. Select your corporate document (PDF format)
4. Fidura AI automatically:
   • Parses the document
   • Extracts company details
   • Populates company registers
   • Identifies stakeholders
   • Extracts capital actions and share capital information
