1. Streamlined Company Information Management

We've redesigned how company information is managed to improve consistency and simplify workflows.

What's changed:

• Company name and legal name are now a single field
• For managed entities, company name, address, and secretary now sync directly with company registers as explained in the section below
• Updates should be shown instantly across the platform, including in the company selection menu

How to use it:

For managed entities, update company name, address, and secretary through the registers:

1. Navigate to the Company tab
2. Open the Company Registers section
3. Add or edit the relevant register entry
4. The company details page will automatically display the latest information from the registers

For other company information, you can continue updating fields directly in the Company tab as before.

2. Reorganized Company Menu Structure

We've restructured the menu to improve navigation and accommodate upcoming features.

What's changed:

• Charges & Mortgages has moved to the Financials menu
• Share Classes has moved to the Capital Structure menu
• New Capital Structure pages: Two new pages for Share Capital and Share Premium to provide register-style views with enhanced transparency on the source of each addition or deduction.
  • Share Capital — track all additions to share capital with the ability to click on individual entries to trace their source
  • Share Premium — view share premium entries with source tracking

3. Optional DSN Inclusion in Share Certificates

You can now include Distinctive Share Numbers (DSNs) when generating share certificates, giving you more flexibility in certificate documentation.

How to use it:

When generating a new share certificate, simply select the option to include DSNs as shown below.
