Registrar integration (beta), Paid Search integration (beta), Data Health, and new list document view with preview panel

1. Registrar Integration (Beta)

You can now browse publicly available data from the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus and keep your managed entities in sync with official records.

What's changed:

  • Browse Public Registrar Data: Access publicly available company data from the Cyprus Registrar of Companies directly within Fidura
  • Automatic Data Comparison: For managed entities, the system automatically compares your data in Fidura with public records to ensure consistency
  • Coming Soon: Add any company to your watchlist and receive notifications whenever there are changes to their records
  • Availability: This feature is available to Enterprise plans only

How to use it:

  1. Open the Organization menu and select Registrar (Cyprus Company Registrar)
  2. Use the Search tab to search by company name, registration number, director, secretary, or address
  3. Open a company from the results to view its public Registrar data
  4. For companies you manage, the Registrar Connection indicator on the company page opens a comparison dialog; use it to align your records with official data and resolve discrepancies

2. Paid Search Integration (Beta)

Order a paid search from the Registrar of Companies and let Fidura automatically fetch all the data into your workspace. Unlike traditional searches, this data remains available indefinitely.

What's changed:

  • Order Paid Searches: Request a paid search from the Registrar of Companies through Fidura
  • Automatic Data Fetch: Our agent automatically retrieves and imports the search results into your workspace
  • Permanent Availability: Data from paid searches does not expire—unlike traditional search results, it stays in your workspace for as long as you need it
  • Seamless Company Import (Coming soon): Import the full history of a company into Fidura in one flow from the Registrar company page

How to use it:

  1. Open the Organization menu and go to Registrar
  2. Use the Search tab to find a company and open its Registrar details page
  3. On the company page, click Paid Search to order; once the search is fulfilled, the data is automatically fetched and populated in your workspace
  4. Use the Past Searches tab on the Registrar page to view and open previous paid search results

3. Data Health

Fidura can now assess the quality of your data across all companies under your management using both public and private information, so you can quickly spot and fix missing or inconsistent fields.

What's changed:

  • Data Quality Assessment: The platform evaluates data completeness and consistency across all managed entities
  • Public and Private Data: Assessments use both publicly available information and your private records to give an accurate picture of data health
  • Quick Identification of Gaps: See at a glance which companies or entities have missing or inconsistent data
  • Targeted Fixes: Use the Data Health view to prioritize which fields to update and keep records in good shape

How to use it:

  1. Go to the Organization dashboard (organization-level home)
  2. Find the Data Health card; it shows Overall Health and a View Metrics control
  3. Click View Metrics to expand the breakdown by metric (e.g. company details, directors, address)
  4. Click a metric to see which entities are complete and which need attention, then click through to the relevant company or entity to update missing or inconsistent information

4. New List Document View and Preview Panel

For quick browsing of a large number of files, you can now view documents in a list and preview them without opening each one individually.

What's changed:

  • List View Option: In document-heavy sections, you can switch to a list view to see many files at once in a compact, scannable format
  • Quick Preview Panel: Open a preview panel to view document contents (where supported) without leaving the list or opening the file in a full page
  • Faster Browsing: Scan and preview documents in sequence without opening them one by one, saving time when reviewing many files

How to use it:

  1. Go to Documents (organization or company level)
  2. Switch to List view using the view toggle (next to Grid view)
  3. Click Show preview panel to open the side preview panel
  4. Click a document in the list to preview it in the panel; use Hide preview panel to close the panel, or select another document to continue browsing
