1. New Documentation

We've launched comprehensive documentation to help you get the most out of Fidura. The documentation covers all aspects of the platform, from getting started to advanced features.

What's available:

• Getting Started Guides: Step-by-step instructions for setting up your organization and managing entities
• Feature Documentation: Detailed guides for entity management, stakeholders, capital structure, documents, and more
• User Guides: Learn how to navigate the platform, manage companies, track stakeholders, and generate reports
• Best Practices: Tips and recommendations for effective corporate record management

How to access it:

The documentation is available at docs.fidura.io/docs and can be accessed directly from the platform through documentation links in relevant sections.

2. New Reports and Upgraded Corporate Register

We've expanded the available reports and enhanced the Corporate Register with customization options and flexible download formats.

What's changed:

• New Reports Available: Three new register reports are now available:
  • Register of Mortgages and Charges: Lists all charges and mortgages registered against the company
  • Register of Pledges: Comprehensive listing of all pledges
  • Register of UBOs: Complete register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners
• Flexible Download Formats: All generated reports can now be downloaded in both PDF and Word (DOCX) formats, giving you the flexibility to choose the format that works best for your needs
• Customizable Corporate Register: The Corporate Register can now be customized to include or exclude specific sections based on your requirements: Share Capital and Capital Operations, Registered Names and Registered Office, Directors and Secretaries, Shareholders, Allotments, and Transfers, Share Certificates, Register of Members, Charges and Mortgages, Pledges, and UBOs.

How to use it:

1. Navigate to the Company tab
2. Open the Reports section
3. Select the report you want to generate
4. For the Corporate Register, click Customise to select which sections to include
5. Choose your preferred format (PDF or Word) from the download dropdown
6. Click Download Document to generate and download your report

3. Beneficial Owners Page

A dedicated page for managing and tracking Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) is now available, making it easier to maintain compliance and understand ownership structures.

What's changed:

• Dedicated UBO Page: Access the Beneficial Owners page from the Ownership menu in the company navigation
• UBO Identification: The system automatically identifies UBOs based on ownership thresholds (greater than 25% of shares) and director status
• Direct Download: Download the Register of UBOs directly from the Beneficial Owners page
• Easy Management: Add new beneficial owners and view all UBOs in one centralized location

How to use it:

1. Navigate to the Company tab
2. Open the Ownership menu
3. Click on Beneficial Owners
4. View all identified UBOs with their ownership reasons
5. Click Add Beneficial Owner to manually add UBOs
6. Click Download Register of UBOs to generate the official register

4. Company Ownership Chart

Visual ownership representation is now available to help you understand company ownership structures at a glance.

What's changed:

• Visual Ownership Display: An interactive tree diagram displays the ownership structure of the company
• Direct and Indirect Ownership: The tree diagram shows both direct ownership (immediate shareholders) and indirect ownership (ownership through intermediate entities)
• Comprehensive View: Understand complex ownership structures with multiple levels of ownership relationships

How to use it:

1. Navigate to the Company tab
2. Open the Ownership dropdown menu
3. Click on View by Shareholder
4. The tree diagram will be displayed, visualizing the complete ownership hierarchy

The tree diagram shows how ownership flows through different entities and stakeholders, making it easy to identify both direct and indirect ownership relationships.

5. New Company Fields

Additional company information fields have been added to support more comprehensive company record management.

What's changed:

• Registrar Code: Save the code used to access the company registrar for managed entities
• VAT Number: Record the company's VAT registration number
• Tax Identification Number (TIN): Store the company's tax identification number

How to use it:

1. Navigate to the Company tab
2. Open the Company Details page
3. Scroll to the Company Registry Information section
4. Enter the Registrar Code, VAT Number, and/or Tax Identification Number as applicable
5. The information will be saved and available for use in reports and documents
